TNT blue fointan crackling chocolate lemon ganache (+/- 384 pc/bulk box)

The blue tiles of a famous Antwerp fountain in front of the museum of fine Arts inspired us to design this eccentric chocolate which literally explodes in your mouth, due to its CO2-effect.
The mysterious filling with a hint of lemon and eucalyptus is enrobed with a grand cru chocolate made from Criollo beans, known to be the best in the world.
